Brent Fuller

Investigator

Brent joined the Office of the Ombudsman in February 2020 as a senior investigator, focussed on maladministration and whistleblower complaints. He has more than 25 years’ experience as an award-winning international investigative journalist both in Cayman and the United States, spending more than a decade of that time at the local newspaper, the Cayman Compass, as the publication’s senior reporter. Following an 18-month stint at the Cayman Islands Department of Environment, he joined the Ombudsman’s team to continue pursuing his passion for investigations and assisting those who are in need.
